Progress photo #4. At this point...the Owner is taking over and finishing the project as planned! We left him in good shape to do so. |

The Owners wanted to make this fireplace their own with a marble that blended with their décor…very elegant. |
3/23/2010 |
This was the fireplace "before"… |
3/22/2010 |
We dust-protected everything…sanded off the popcorn texture on the ceiling…removed the bulkheads…installed recessed lighting…repaired the drywall…re-textured the ceiling…painted…cleaned up thoroughly and left tulips on the table. You could not tell anyone had been there. |
3/21/2010 |
While the Owners were on vacation…we came in and voila… |
2/18/2010 |
You wouldn't believe how this looked BEFORE the wood floors -- what a difference! |
1/22/2010 |
The porch has a new look…and the view is one of water…nice. |
1/22/2010 |
With the slate countertops on the cabinets in now (but not in the photograph) we're done…just in time for the Colts Game on Sunday! Better hurry and install that TV:-) |
1/14/2010 |
The wood floors are down and being stained today. Then we'll add slate countertops, install the TV over the fireplace, and we'll be all finished. Look now at the "Before" picture. |
1/14/2010 |
We have been making good progess as we head down the home stretch. The millwork has turned out beautifully! The Owners just love the new mantle and tile work. The hearth is slate...very cool. |
1/14/2010 |
This original "porch" looked stable...but in fact was freezing cold and deteriorating in all aspects! |
1/14/2010 |
We've started another porch conversion. |
12/28/2009 |
This porch was NOT permanent living space...we have transformed into a cozy family room. |
12/28/2009 |
With new walls, new windows, leveled floor and ceiling and a fireplace at the end...it's getting cozier by the minute. |
12/3/2009 |
I had to wait for flooring and painting to take this final photo. The custom millwork details in the basment really "made" it. |
12/3/2009 |
This crawl space was structurally falling apart and filled with debris. It has been transformed with a new retaining wall and a complete clean-up. |
12/3/2009 |
This Master Bath is now complete…the new spa awaits the bather. (Note: we reveneered the existing vanities in this bathroom with bamboo -- our first experince with the material. For more photos, go to "Portfolios", "Bathrooms") |
10/22/2009 |
There were structural problems in this crawl space that screamed for attention. We had to rebuild this failing retaining wall amoung others things…VERY tough work. |
10/22/2009 |
This new porch which extends about 3 feet out now protects visitors as well as the new entrydoor system. More roofing and dormer work was required…but all went well. Our motto is, "You should not be able to tell where we added on." |
9/17/2009 |
The northside bathroom is ALMOST done. This beautiful tile floor is heated and surrounds a new bubbling tub. |
9/17/2009 |
We are changing the roofline on this home in Brendonway. What was a flat roof is becoming hip (:-) |
8/24/2009 |
After 32 years of living in a house with a front door and no covered porch entry…finally…this homeowner got one (an elegant one at that) from All Phase. We specialize in design/build. |
8/24/2009 |
We are replacing the garden tub with a smaller bubbling tub. We are installing a heated tile floor and tile tub surround…and we are laminating the existing vanities with bamboo. Stay tuned... |
8/24/2009 |
We removed the original windows and replaced them with taller studio transom units with grilles. This really opened up the breakfast area to a beautiful wooded view. |
8/24/2009 |
Here is the larger picture of all we did to improve the exterior details of this home at Geist. All Phase is ready to cater dinner to this lovely open porch overlooking the pool. |
6/18/2009 |
This space under the customer's screened porch attracted insects and was not beautiful. We have replaced the decking…covered the posts with custom designed millwork…and replaced adjacent staircases. All spaces have been screened against insects and the ceiling is a vented soffit material that complimentsall the new wood and millwork details. Can't wait to entertain here! |
6/18/2009 |
This is what the posts looked like "before." You can see two of the three sets of stairs we've replaced. We are also making restoration repairs in the pool bathroom and the interior wine cellar after a pipe burst this past winter. The deck was treated material and is now cedar. |
6/17/2009 |
The other side of this mudroom is now the new and improved laundry space with nice sink and beautiful faucets at the end. We also changed the door to the garage, closed up a hall, and added a door with sidelights and stairs to the backyard. The floor is DuraCeramic from Brothers Floor Covering. |
6/17/2009 |
We turned an underutilized extra room into a mudroom with custom cubbies and a lot more… |
4/2/2009 |
We fashioned custom doors in our shop for the understairs storage space in this basement. We can produce SO many custom details for our customers. Look closely at the column in the adjacent photo (enlarge it)…it is 12-sided! |
4/2/2009 |
This basement has gone from seriously flooded in June 2008 to wonderful finished family space. See adjacent photo othe understairs millwork. |
2/9/2009 |
The jobs just keep getting more and more interesting: In our shop, we custom milled arched storm windows for the 3rd story dormers on the period home. The site requirements dictated a cherry-picker be used both to measure before fabrication and install them. (The photographer even got a ride in the bucket truck:-) |
1/21/2009 |
For the proposed use of this room, I guess the studio lost and the guest room won because guests were in this beautiful space over the holidays! Go back and look at the "before" to see this transformation. |
1/21/2009 |
We doubled the size of this basement…and added a bathroom in a very tight space not previously plumbed. What a difference! |
12/10/2008 |
We have removed a wall and are doubling the size of the family space. We are also adding a bathroom. This time of hear, we are trying to finish by Christmas! |
11/18/2008 |
We are remodeling the master bathroom for the same customer as the attic finish. That structure on the right used to be a shower. Wait until you see the end product! |
11/18/2008 |
This room is ready for paint and carpet and guests for the holidays. We suggested, though, that the Owner might want to make it her studio - it's so bright and beautiful. |
11/7/2008 |
We have finished painting and this room is ready to go! The Owner had a Colt's party in it immediately (too bad the Colts didn't win that game). This room addition adds 228 sq. ft. inside space to the Owner's entertainment area. (See the interior picture.) |
11/7/2008 |
Watch as we convert this attic space (inlcuding the necessary structural changes) into a wonderful guest bedroom. |
10/23/2008 |
On this project, the customer wanted a more inviting period look which we were able to accomplish with elegance. |
10/23/2008 |
A very small covered porch (simple) was removed. This period structure was added (sublime) -- what a difference. The devil was in the details! |
10/3/2008 |
We are pleased with the interior of this room addition. The floor matches the one in the existing family room. The room is light, airy and feels great with the high ceilings. Two sets of 6' sliding doors allow this room to be closed off from the rest of the house or connected to it. |
8/28/2008 |
This Forest Hills garage addition is done; the Owner is adding the finishing touches to deck and railing on top. Landscaping will soften the west elevation. Lots of room now for the vehicles and space for outdoor entertaining as well. |
8/28/2008 |
Voila'…the new laundry room exists where there once was a garage alcove….making room for an office in the old laundry room location. The new room feels as though it has always been there! |
8/28/2008 |
The closets were designed to camoflage the electrical panel and other mechanical aspects. The customer's review of his experience with All Phase in the finishing of this basement can be read on Angie's List under Reports for All Phase Group, Inc Go to www.angieslist.com |
8/13/2008 |
This custom beach was designed and built for a customer on Little Fox Lake. It provides the perfect place to relax with easy access in and out of the lake. To build it…we had to excavate the ground…build retaining walls…build transition steps to the adjacent dock…carefully place all the sand in the water and as you see it here…then repair the construction road. Lots of work but with a great reward! |
7/14/2008 |
We will be converting this under-utilized space in the garage into a laundry room. The adjacent laundry room will become a home office. |
6/6/2008 |
This porch extension was added to a period home in Meridian Kessler. With slate roof, copper flashing, and interesting design lines…it is very complimentary to the existing structure. |
4/24/2008 |
I believe this project has exceeded expectations. The treehouse certainly pays homage to the sacred tree it adorns. Won't the grandchildren have lots of fun?! Perhaps the adults will join in as well. |
3/31/2008 |
These "Fairy Houses" will adorn the top of each tree trunk on either side of the Hobbitt Treehouse. |
3/27/2008 |
This is the zipline at the Brown County Treehouse being initiated by an adult kid. The zipline is bringing out the child in all of us :-) |
3/20/2008 |
This is our second custom one-of-a-kind treehouse. It was built in pieces in our shop downtown. All the components are ready now to be assembled on site. This is a side view to allow you to see the spiral staircase. |
1/10/2008 |
This is the finished dock. Because it is made of TREX, it will last forever. The design is such that is was carved right into the landscape and is steadfastly secured by several pipes augered into the the lake bed. |
